TALENTED AND CREATIVE LADIES

Spring is here and I know we are all ready. I wanted to share some pretty creations from some talented friends that inspire me for the new season.

The first is a wonderful gift from my friend Karen who lives near by. She gifted to me this special vintage sewing box to decorate. I can hardly wait to begin. She also gave to me, as a birthday gift, this very special needleroll that she cross stitched and finished so beautifully. It has a tea theme with added charms, needle, ribbon and lots of pretty detail. What a gorgeous treasure from such talented hands.

Next I would like to share the beautiful heart charms made by Sharon of Sweet Victorian Rose
Recently she gifted to me the larger black with soft rose in gold. I added this to a gold charm bracelet and truly have enjoyed it so much. Two other charms from Sharon are from a past purchase that also grace the gold and sterling bracelets. What delicate and small work she does on these charms. They truly are incredible from a great talent.

The talent also goes on to Betzie from Time Enough Recently she shared a post about the gorgeous soaps she had made. One was a shoe that I really loved. She gifted to me a pretty set of soaps in aqua that I so enjoy. The scent is so srumptious and these look beautiful displayed in a bird dish in the bathroom. Betzie is so talented in many areas and this is only one of the creative treasures she makes. You must go visit.

Yesterday was a grand mailbox day, as I received a recent purchase from the very talented Ruth from Artful Creations She designs beautiful sand dollar pendants in many artful styles. I choose the blue and lavender color with flower. It comes with a black cord chain. I can't say enough about this gorgeous piece. It is truly stunning and she has them in her etsy shop. Be sure to visit for these and other creations from this very talented lady.

As I began to decorate for Spring this week, I pulled from my prop closet, this pretty ceramic egg candy dish made by my Mother many years ago. My heart goes back to happy times when she gave this to me. It is a lovely keepsake and welcomes Spring for myself and my family each year.

Lastly I will share a new Spring treasure I worked on this week. It is a ceramic bunny with my newest cottage design called, Bunny Cottage Country, In the following pictures I share the art in progress to finish.

Thank you for stopping by. I invite you back on Sunday the 22nd when I will participate in the Chocolate Cookie Spring Party hosted by Cielo from The House in the Roses Stop by her blog, if you would like to partcipate. It will be fun. And, make sure you visit the talented ladies I have featured here today. Till next time, Happy Springtime and Blessings Always, Celestina Marie

You have some beautiful gifts and purchases there...but I tell you the little bunny you painted almost made me cry. It so reminded me of the pink house I grew up in. You don't see pink houses that much these days. As always, beautiful!

Hi Celeste!

What lovely treasures! Such talent! I love the Easter egg your mom made, what a treasure that is.

Your bunny is so adorable Celeste! I have always loved bunnies and I'm so refreshed to pull all the rabbits out of the Easter box to decorate! I find I usually leave some of them out all summer. They're so sweet arent they?

Have a great day!

Hugs, Sherry

Someone's been very busy creating pretty spring pictures, posting pretty things and Irish things! What a lift to the spirit, Celeste!

Now...if I could just really be transported to Ireland without having to get on a plane and make those dreaded "connections"...all would be perfect! ;-) My family is from County Clare and couldn't get much more Irish than the name Kelly. ;-)

A belated Happy St. Patrick's Day and on-time Happy 1st Day of Spring!
