Ready, Set, Decorate!!!

Greetings Friends. I hope your Thanksgiving was a blessing and you enjoyed a special day. Today, Friday, begins my Christmas decorating here in my cottage. No Black Friday shopping for me. No, I would rather stay in and bring out the pretties.

I know the decorating seasons is earlier each year for many. But in my home, we hold a tradition to let Thanksgiving have it's day and the Christmas look begins anew following that special gathering, even though I have been designing Christmas for my shoppe since last July!!!

However today, I pull out all the stops inside and out. Granted I live in a climate that is mild and outdoor decorating much easier with warm temps. Today is cooler and very windy so it will be a small challenge.

So as I begin my day of fun and the joy of decorating, I will leave you with a reminder for my shoppe sale on going till December 8th. Using coupon code HOLIDAY30 at checkout with paypal, you will receive 30% off everything in store and shipped in time for Christmas giving.

Here is a sampling of treasures lining the shelves.
See you again soon
Happy Decorating Season and Merry Christmas,
Celestina Marie

Hope you are enjoying your decorating Celeste...can't wait to see photos!

I always enjoy looking at everyone's decorations, but do very little myself these days. Since I gave my big tree to my daughter, I only have a little one on the dining table with all my pretty pink hand decorations, some of which came from you.

I guess (although at opposite ends of the earth), you and I do celebrate the season together.
Warmest hugs,
Sandi

What beautiful treasures you have in your shop, Celestina! I am in love with your gorgeous tags! And of course those painted ice skates are amazing! I started a bit of Christmas decorating today too. But I didn't get very far! Have a great weekend!

Dearest Celestina Marie,
You sound like being active for Christmas decorations. Good for you!
We had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner at our best friends'even though my back pain was bothering me. Today I stayed warm tucked into our bed and got up by 7:00 PM. Feels better and that is important.
Hugs to you,
Mariette

Love the Pink snowman.
I also enjoy Christmas decorating especially putting up the tree but I still have to find the time to do it this year.

Celestina, your designs are gorgeous! I love the skates. I saw a Christmas wreath in Ky that had skates in its design. They were a country blue. I thought about you and how you would have created it with your creamy white and pinks.

Celestina, we do exactly the same thing in our home. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday so there is no way I would ever rush it. I always say that it's not officially Christmas until Santa makes his grande entrance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. ;) I typically start decorating the following day or even the following week.
As usual, I absolutely love all your items, and my favorite is that adorable snowman (or snowgirl) all dressed up in pink. Love it. The boots are gorgeous too.
Enjoy the decorating, my friend, and have a beautiful Sunday.
XOXO's,
Marcia
