Springing into White

Welcome to another Country Whites Weekend.
Brought to you by the hostess's over at Old Time Farmhouse and The Country Farm Home.

Bringing white into the mix for spring.

I enjoy the lighter touches among my treasures.

As I walk around my home,
here are a few sights
bringing me springtime joys this weekend.

Dried Hydrangeas from my garden last summer,
sitting inside a vintage bowl.

Miss Patty Pattern
didn't get to make her trip to the Dress Form Ball.
Not because she wasn't ready,
because I forgot to put her on the plane for Florida.

She wants to say hello and show you her outfit of white.

Dressed and covered in vintage dress patterns,
wearing a vintage white cashmere sweater~
vintage white pearls, lace collar and white trims,
with a pattern corsage.
She loves to stand in front of fresh white embroidery curtains.

Now Miss Patty is happy.
She got to show you her patterned self.

Wishing you a perfect weekend.
We are in the 80's today.
Perfect for our house guests!

Happy Whites Weekend.
Hugs,
Celestina Marie

Ceelestina, Miss Patty looks so pretty. I'm sure she would have won prizes had she gone, but there is always next year. Your whites are all so pretty. This is such a great party and both hostesses are super, but I don't have that many white things. I've only joined once..Happy Thursday..Judy

Miss Patty is certainly ready for a tea room now isn't she? I love seeing everyone's vinettes to grab ideas. Your are so sweet! I just realized you've gone over to the white side quite a bit lately. How are you loving it? Your home is a mish mash of color and I love it. Hugs. Tammy

Many lovely visions of white here! I especially like the wrought iron piece with the lace behind - what a fabulous contrast you have achieved her. I also love the rose - it looks like it's made of plaster, and is simply gorgeous.
Another lovely post Celestina!

Celestina,

So many pretty things but what caught my eye is your beautiful dress form. I ordered the same dress form but have done nothing with it as of yet. Thanks for the inspiration...
