Autumn Whites and Neutrals

Mixing neutrals with a bit of Autumn colors.
It seems we are seeing this style everywhere this season.
Calm, relaxing and farmhouse.

White Pottery

Burlap and old architecture

Velvet Pumpkins

Lettered white pumpkins with a little glittered spider.
He's a nice spider, the only ones I like!

Fall Flowers in a tall white pitcher.

White porcelain pumpkins with metal leaves and a pic from
The Hotel Del Coronado.
We spent one week there this summer celebrating
our 40th wedding anniversary!

White Hydrangeas, ferns and little rose topped pumpkin
in an stone urn.

Stitches in white for a sweet owl.

Vintage crock filled with Autumn color.

What touches of Autumn do you love?
Lots of white or lots of color?
I am finding I enjoy a mix of each
leaning towards farmhouse
with a French inspiration and old world style.

Thank you for stopping by to visit.
See you soon.

Enjoy the day!

Love all your many faces of fall.
The whites mixed with a little farm house flair is my favorite. Gorgeous
vignettes.

Like your new fall blog design. I just replaced my crystal vase on my white dining room table with and orange bowl for the fall look.

Very pretty vignettes, Celeste. I find that I have gone more toward the neutrals and whites the past few years, too. I do still like a muted orange though.

Hey sweet friend..such lovely softer ideas for fall. I still use more traditional colors in my main living areas...i need pops of reds and bronzes for a happy feel, as i need this cause i know the colder temps of winter are soon upon us here in Michigan.

Hope you and family are well...did you get your diagnosis?
Hugs and love!

Hi Celestina,
Your autumnal touches are so pretty! I love how you added that cute little white pumpkin to your floral arrangement. I just love white pumpkins! You are way ahead of me, as I have not even started to decorate for fall! Late summer like temps have made it hard to get in the mood, I guess:) I also love your vintage scale, what a fun accessory. Have a great weekend!
Oh, I am so excited for you about your win!!

That would be the only spider I like too.

Hope that you are enjoying the weekend, dear friend and many thanks for visiting me.

Hi Celeste!

I'm so happy you won a prize in the Waverly contest!! How exciting is that? I love your sewing room design, so classy but simple, showing lots of practical use of a beautiful fabric. We're all thrilled for you. You deserve a prize!

We're all decorated for fall here on Golden Pond. We've been so busy of late, the weeks are whizzing by it seems. All of your fall decor is wonderful. I'm not a fan of orange in decorating but during fall the color of pumpkins warms my heart. Along with the beautiful leaf colors here, red, yellow, gold, orange. It's all a mix to say "Welcome! Cozy up by the fire and have a cup of cider and some pumpkin pie!"

Much love and many blessings to you and Larry - Edie Marie

Celestina,
Your Fall decorations are so pretty, and I really like the velvet white pumpkin. I just bought an orange velvet one myself. I think I will always love the orange colors for Fall, but I just bought myself a white pumpkin and a white owl when I was out shopping. So, this year I have the orange colors and a bit of white too.

Have a great week, Celestina. That squirrel is so cute.

Love,
~Sheri
