Blog Meet to Blog Hops

Happy Wednesday Friends!
I know if you are reading this from the states
you are most likely preparing
for Thanksgiving tomorrow
or gearing up to visit family and friends for a big dinner.

It is a busy time for all
but recently I took some time out
to meet a blog friend right here
in my own "little" town in Texas.

Just a few minutes from my home and her's,
met for lunch at a sweet
Country French Cafe near by.

Leslie is the cutest and sweetest girl, very talented
and just as kind and nice as can be.
I so enjoyed my visit as we talked away our lunch.
You can see above,
they cleared the table
and we kept right on visiting away
 for about another hour.

Leslie gifted me with
a darling vintage quilt bag,
handmade by her using a vintage quilt.
LOVE IT!
And the sweetest quilted heart made from fabric
that was layered and found between the original quilt.
To this piece she stitched the word
"create"
LOVE it all~
and the candy of course!!

I gifted Leslie with one of my newest
fabric pumpkin designs
and a tag.

Thank you Leslie for the fun meet up and visit.
We plan to get together again and
do some junkin after the holidays.

And speaking of Texas,
About 20 plus of us Texas Bloggers
are sharing our Christmas decor, homes,
recipes, tutorials and more,
in a
Christmas inTexas Home Tour Blog Hop
December 7-11
Hosted by:
Stacey from

Be sure to stop by to visit my tour on the 9th along with the many others
starting on the 7th of December.
There will be a list and links of those participating for you to find easily.
It will be so much fun to see what us Texas gals are up to for Christmas.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks again Leslie for the beautiful gift and friendship
and Thank You Stacey for all you are doing to prepare for the Blog Hop.

Wishing you all a very Blessed
and
Happy Thanksgiving.

I enjoyed seeing the photo of you, my you are such a lovely lady! Beautiful and gracious both on the inside and out.

I want to thank you for your visit, it is so good to be back into the blogging community once again. I was prepared to wait until the Holiday's were over, but God had other plans. :) He knew I needed the gentle nudge that only He can give. Your comment was a blessing, thank you!

Much love to you, dear friend.

You are so pretty, Celestina. You look so much like my cousin, Terri, on my dad's side. How nice to meet your blog friend for lunch. I have only met one blog friend, and she lived in the same town as I did and owned a vintage shop.
