Meeting a Texas Blog Friend

Last week I had another wonderful opportunity
to meet  a blog friend.

This time it was my teacup partner set up from

Thank you Stephanie.
You sure did good joining us up.

met me and my hubby at a tea room near her town
in Texas.

It was in an area not familiar to me
so my hubby offered to drive
and
thank goodness
cause I would have never found the tea room
let alone navigate the busy highway.
Texas has traffic like a herd of cattle ya'll~

Anyway,
we talked and visited so much we never even took a pic of our delicious lunch.

My hubby and Kitty found out they had worked for the same company
and knew many of the same people.
It truly is a small world.

We shared gifts and great conversation.
It was a Christmas blessing to remember for a long time.

Kitty is a petite and pretty lady with a sweet personality and big kind heart!
She is beautiful inside and out!

Pat from Gypsy Heart
was going to come with us,
but couldn't make it this time.
We missed you Pat and look forward
to planning another get together soon
with you.

Thank you Kitty for the special gifts.
I love the bread, jam, tea and teacup coaster.
I gifted to Kitty a  Fitz and Floyd holiday plate, candy and a special ornament.

so good toasted!
yummy homemade jam!!
darling handmade teacup coaster with glitter in the fabric.
LOVE!!
delicious tea!

It's always so much fun to meet another blogger.
I hope many of you get the same opportunity.

Stop over to Kitty's and Pat's to say hello.

And
if you want to meet a few more Texas Bloggers.
Today begins the Christmas in Texas Blog Hop Tour.

Stop by
for the link list on the tour today through Friday.

My day to share is the 9th and I hope you
can stop back and visit.

Have a great week everyone!
Merry Christmas,
Celestina Marie

Yes, it certainly was a blessing meeting both you and your sweetheart of a hubby, Celeste! I know we all felt grateful that our friend Stephanie connected us through her teacup exchange. With all that's going on in our world, it made me truly appreciate the goodness and kindness of both of you. Our special meeting will always hold a place in my heart, and I know our friendship will continue to grow. God bless you and your hubby. xo

Beautiful photos of you all, and it certainly looks like it was a delightful day, Celestina.
You two are just as beautiful as I imagined.
You are going to LOVE that Christmas jam from dear Kitty! She was so gracious in sharing that delicious jam with me, and I have to confess...it didn't last long, and I was just a teeny tiny bit selfish with it. Oh it was good!

Stephanie sure has a way of connecting the ladies who participate beautifully when she has her tea cup exchange. She allows the Spirit to guide her, and look at the beautiful outcome.

Thank you for sharing your glorious day with us, Celestina.

Enjoy your Monday, the beginning of a new week, May it be to God's glory.

Blessings~~ Debbie

How sweet, Celestina Marie! I follow Pat, but not Kitty. I'll make a point to visit her. Btw, I will sharing my purchase from you later this week in a tablescape post, and will be giving you a shout out (and your Etsy store). :)

Having just returned from a visit to Texas, oh my, I can sure agree about the traffic issue! lol! Your meeting at the tea room was a perfect place as tea was the thing that brought you together in the first place! Stephanie certainly begun something beautiful with the tea exchange... how delightful to receive some homemade jam and bread from Kitty, it looks delicious! Hoping you are having a lovely day in Texas - the weather was not so nice over Thanksgiving for us, lol!
