FALL IS HERE~~~

and so welcome, from the summer heat here in our beloved Texas. Waking today to much cooler temps, is not only welcome, but inspiring. Busy as a bee I am these days with shelves to fill for the holidays, but I did find a few minutes to decorate with the colors of Fall in our cottage. Here are some random pics inside and out. Painting my chic bike white and the front door a new strawberrypink red was part of my staycation redo's. The color for the door is called Summer Pudding available at Lowe's.

The pink shabby pumpkin was made by my good friend and talented, Amy from Bunny Rose Cottage several years ago.
Thank you for stopping by to visit my touch of Fall here in the Lone Star State. I hope your change of season is special in everyway.
Till next time, Blessings and Blue Autumn Skies, Celestina Marie

Hello Celestina,
Your home looks so beautiful! It needs to be in a magazine. It looks so cozy and warm. I love the new color that you painted your front door and I love the flowers that you have in your window boxes. I still want some window boxes like that!

Happy Fall,

The music that you have playing with this post is perfect too!

Celestina, your home is so lovely. I especially like the "believe" wording on the wall. We don't actually have a fall here - the temps are in the 90's today so I never actually decorate for this season. By the time it starts to cool it is Christmas. I just found a small bike planter on CL and I will also paint it a cottage white. The color of the door is perfect for your home. Love it, very inviting. You did good, girl!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. I loved the front door. I wanted a red door (ours is dark brown) but my husband laughed at me...so I painted the address numbers red instead! LOL! Now you can REALLY see my address from the street! I love the Believe over the mirror....and just everything is so Autumnal and pretty. Wish I could have a tour of your house...or perhaps not, I may drool all over the place!!!
You not only are artistic, but you have an eye for decor as well.....loved it.

Hi Celeste, everything you have done is beautiful. I love your garden bicycle...that is gorgeous and I love how you have it tucked into your garden, as if it has always been there.

Of course, you know I love that window of yours as well....it is a favorite and you did such a beautiful job with it.

I'm a bit behind you, I'll try to put out some fall decorations (outside) this weekend.

Celeste, everything is so beautiful! The arrangement you put on the door is so elegant and matches perfectly!

I love what you've done inside. Orange and blue are opposites on the color wheel and one might think they don't "work" but they DO! They don't call them "complimentary" colors for nothing. I love to pull my blue and white china out to mix with my pumpkins too.

I'm glad your weather is cooler. How about a little frost? ;-)

Hugs!! Diane

Everything is so beautiful and gives one a warm feeling through and through. Love all your decorations...You are ahead of me!!! I have yet to put anything out.
Hubby says we can repaint the MB...I thought of you right away! Any great paint suggestions Celeste? The hallway going into the bedroom is a gold/tan color. We have soft white in there now adn I want it to be warmer and show less dirt. We also need to replace our carpet, so need to co-ordinate the two! Would love to see yours!!! xxoo Happy Fall!!!

Hi Sweetie!
How fallishly beautiful your home looks. Don't you think fall gives a warm cozy feel? Glad to hear you are having cooler weather, I know the heat has been horrible this year in Texas. Love looking at all of your vinettes and created goodies!

Been away for a week, home to Seattle to see family. Glad to be home but still no job. Thanks so much for your continued support and prayers!

I was thinking about this post and thought I didn't comment. It was like it was the first time I saw it,,than I realized that I did comment and seen it but it was just lovely to look at everything all over again. Like the magazines I buy. I can look them over and over and find new things that captivate my eye again and again.

Watched your slide show and I visioned myself sitting on that bar stool with a cup of coffee in front of my while you were pitter pattering in the kitchen, both of us chatting away. ((hugs))
