God Bless America,
Land that I love.
Stand beside her, and guide her
Thru the night with a light from above.
From the mountains, to the prairies,
To the oceans, white with foam
God bless America, My home sweet home.

Beautiful words from one of America's favorite Patriotic songs.
I hope everyone enjoys a beautiful Independence day as we remember the many men and women who serve to keep America Free.
We thank you for the sacrifices you make everyday so that we may enjoy a weekend of BBQ's and fun in the land of the free and home of the brave!.

Blessings to you for good health, happiness and much love.
Happy 4th of July!
Hugs from Texas, Celestina Marie

Hello sweet friend,
I appreciate your patriotism so much!
I've missed visiting you and blogging.
I just can't seem to get it all done with company, traveling, home projects and all.
I have to say it is different, too to have my sweet hubby retired. We do love it though.
How are you feeling these days?
I always enjoy visiting and a chance to say hello.
Our daughter is coming Sat. from CA. I hope to post at least once next week.
Stay in touch and Happy 4th to you and your hubby.

Happy 4th Weekend! I love your post, it brought tears to my eyes, I love the song! I went shopping for flags today and had to go to several places and knew I would find them at Ace Hardware, the other stores were out, so that is good news! Let's fly those flags with pride! God Bless America, home of the brave and land of the free! Patriotism still runs high in this beautiful country!Thank you for such a wonderful post.

Dearest Celestina Marie,

To both of you a very Happy 4th of July! You are the descendant of some very brave patriots who made it possible that yet another birthday of this greatest nation on earth can be celebrated! Let's pray that we will stay INDEPENDENT for many more years and not dependent on the government too much...

Lots of love,
