Good Fences

Hi Friends and welcome to this week's

On a trip to south Texas last fall,
I found this old rustic cottage
surrounded by this wonderful white picket fence.

I just love this setting and the way the bushes are growing up and over the fence.
It's so pretty and I can only imagine the colors in summer.
Looks like there might be a flower or vegetable garden inside the yard.
The roof line looks to have a rope of lights.

I will be going back here in the future and I hope to see this again in the changing seasons.

I love a white picket fence.
Do you??

See you next time~

Be Blessed,
Celestina  Marie

I do truly enjoy a picket fence, I grew up with one as a child. This place is really worthy of a peek for each season, and I'm betting those lights look really nice when they're on!

You can't go wrong with pretty white picket fencing and lovely yellow flowers cascading over the fence. Nice weathered looking building too.

This picket fence is gorgeous. The Jasmine is lovely and must be so fragrant. I adore picket fences! The duplex had one around it at one time. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Blessings, sweet friend!

I DO love a white picket fence and have had them at two of our homes in the past...nope....3 of our homes!

That is a great old barn, too.

I was able to google your blog and it came right up. I think I need to try to re-enter your name on my sidebar again though. xo Diana

Hi Celeste, that is a delightful scene. The fence just completes it perfectly.

In my point of view, white picket fences with luxuriant pink climbing roses running along the length are the epitome of cottage garden.
Have a nice weekend.
